Brooklyn has a diversity of densities, building sizes and types. Building heights and massing in our proposal would be regulated to respond to these diverse conditions -- from warehouses to brownstones to towers.

		Increase density at east end of the yards to anchor new & existing development on Vanderbilt Avenue.
Relieve congestion around Atlantic Terminal with lower density and new Atlantic Square Park.
